Irreversible Action
Deleting your account is a permanent and irreversible action. Once completed, you cannot recover your account or associated data.
How to Delete Your Account from the App
To delete your FenixPlay account, follow these steps from your mobile device:
Open the FenixPlay App
Make sure you're logged in with your account
Go to Your Profile
Tap the profile icon at the bottom right of the screen
Find the "Delete Account" Button
Scroll down on your profile until you find the account settings section
Confirm Deletion
Read the information about what will be deleted and confirm your decision
What Gets Deleted When You Delete Your Account?
When you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently removed:
Completely Deleted:
- • Your user profile
- • Personal information (name, email)
- • Tournament history
- • Game statistics
- • App settings
- • Session data
Kept (by law):
- • Billing records (7 years)
- • Security data (if applicable)
- • Required legal information
- • History of matches and tournaments created (so other participants can continue to view them)
Processing Time
Deletion process:
- • Immediate deletion: Your account is deactivated instantly
- • Personal data: Removed within 24-48 hours
- • Backups: Removed within maximum 30 days
- • Confirmation: You'll receive a confirmation email
